Mindful Meditations

Use the power of meditation and yoga principles to create structure and focus in this time of uncertainty. This 8-session series presented by Michael G. Stuart, Certified Mindfulness Coach, and Dr. John Blattner, RYT 200, will lead participants through a Mindful Meditations session each week via video conference. Each structured session includes a meditation component, focuses on a different theme or challenge, and incorporates yoga breathing and/or movements that can be done easily in your workspace — whether you're still heading to the office or working from home.
